Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of StreamLoop at streamloop.gg. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
StreamLoop provides a post-stream growth loop for Twitch creators, including diagnosis, suggested fixes, clip suggestions, and people to reconnect with. Features may change during beta. The service is provided free of charge unless we later offer paid plans under updated terms.
Twitch
StreamLoop is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. Twitch is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc. If you connect Twitch, you also agree to Twitch's terms. We only request the API access needed to run the product.
Accounts
You can try the product in demo mode without an account. Connecting Twitch is optional. You are responsible for activity under your connected Twitch account. You may disconnect at any time by logging out and revoking access in Twitch settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse another person's Twitch account or attempt to access data you do not own.
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the site, APIs, or other users.
- Scrape the service in a way that violates Twitch or StreamLoop rules.
- Use the product for anything illegal or that violates Twitch Community Guidelines.
Content and suggestions
Diagnoses, fixes, clip titles, and people lists are suggestions generated from available stream data. They can be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to do on your channel. You remain responsible for your streams, clips, and how you contact other people.
Intellectual property
StreamLoop branding, design, and software belong to StreamLoop. Your Twitch content remains yours and Twitch's under their terms. You grant us a limited license to process stream data solely to provide the product to you.
Beta, availability, and no warranty
The product is in public beta and is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, perfect analysis, or any particular growth result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StreamLoop is not liable for lost profits, lost viewers, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0 while the product is free).
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. We may suspend or stop the service, or your access, if needed to protect the product or other users. You may stop using StreamLoop at any time.
